Crawl: A Herpetological Journal

This project was given during my last semester of Junior year. The brief was to create a journal for the trade of our choosing. I love animals, even the scaly and slimy ones, so herpetology is the trade I chose. Herpetology is the study of reptiles and amphibians, so the content would be very scientific.

Because of this, it was my goal to create a journal that was sleek and structured, with accents of color to draw the eye to the start of content. I set design styles for featured articles and for one-off articles to keep them consistent throughout the journal. I also developed advertisements for various reptile and amphibian care brands to insert into the pages.
